We pride ourselves on the creativity of our menu planning and many times theme parties are overshadowed by elaborate decor but we blend theme food with displays of our food items to create interest and intrigue for each guest in attendance. We have catered in some of the most unusual locations from an old train station for a "Tuscan" style wedding, to a converted Packard Automobile Plant for a black tie 30th birthday party. We have created special theme dinners as well, like an "Indian Summer" Dinner with custom linens complete with an Autumn theme for the meal and beverages service. A post Wedding Brunch with a Fondue theme. A Holiday Tea completely served by elves and a Birthday Party with a court jester serving courses and entertaining in between! We like to "style" our food and themes to make the most of the talents of our staff!! We take the ordinary and make it extraordinary. |
